I have placed an order from Flipkart on 14-sept-2021 order idOD222849907906008000. Offers applied on product approx 5000 rupees.
Product checkout price was Rs. 8312.
After 6 days my order is cancelled with reason seller is taking long time.
Then i requested Flipkart to place same order with same price that i have paid for cancelled order.
That time they told me place an fresh order and we ll give you difference amount after the product delivery.
New product checkout price was Rs. 12057. No offers was available that time.
Difference amount is 12057-8312=3745.
Now they are saying will not provide you difference amount on product checkout amount.
We will give you product difference amount that is Rs. 745.
They never clear this thing in my first conversation. When i order is delivered then they are saying we can’t do anything.
I am having Rs 3745 lose due to Flipkart and seller.
I request you kindly please me to get my money back.
