Dear Sir
I applied for independent TV Dish Connection on 31 Dec 2018 and deposited Rs. 1999/- for the same through online payment.
They assured me of providing connection and installation within 10 to 15 days , duration of which ended on 15th Jan 2019.
This is to worth mentioning that till date , installation has not been done. I have called number of times to customer care and have also emailed them many times regarding installation or if they could not install, they should return my amount. But there is no reply from their end to any of my query and complaint.
they have blocked the money and I am not able to go for any other option due to it.
Kindly help in getting my money back.
