Hello,
I was having 14 individual OTTs. After your advertisement of OTT bundle at lower cost I decided to opt for it. Refer attachment “Airtel Xstream Subscribe for Rs. 279_month”. I paid by UPI. On 25.09.2025 I received Wup refer attachment “Airtel ack. for 279 scheme”. The package started working.
Since I filled some information about me on your website there was call by Shiv shanti Tiwari of Airtel. I explain him my requirement. He wanted to visit but I said first let me know your plans. How many Devices can be used on.
22.09.2025 Call to Tiwari. The plan was received. After coming home, I gone through. I called him, after my few questions, he handed over to his senior.
I have local Wi-Fi wired Unlimited connection @ 50 Mbps for last 10 years, there are no major issues with their service & rate. When I searched new movies on OTT, the major were not available on my 14 OTTs but only on Airtel Xstream. The Wi-Fi condition was changing my decision for Xstream. Luckily I have seen offer of 279/Month, I immediately subscribed it. I asked your persons about my pay. of 279/-, they were not aware about it & doubt about genuiness of it. Hence later screen shot was sent.
24.09.2025 Wup to Shiv shanti Tiwari of Airtel
Ye advtg. se maine Rs. 279 UPI kiya. Aapaka advtg. Fake hai to batao mai cyber complaint karata hoo.
Since my 279 has not started I paid him 2,500 for 699 scheme. Refer attachment “Airtel Receipt Dtd. 22.09.2025 for 2K5 (This order cancelled by me)”.

Later my 279 subscription ask to confirm Zee5 & JioHotstar I did & got confirming SMS. I was surprised to see Netflix confirmation. My dream of Xstream as OTT on my local Wi-Fi was completed. So, I wanted to cancelled 2,500 Order. They replied that order will be cancelled & refund within 15 days.
The moment I cancelled 2,500, my 279 package stopped working. I got annoyed. If 279 Offer requires Airtel Wi-Fi, then it is not mentioned in it.
Since Airtel Gallery is nearby my residence, I met Mr. Vishal Yadav, he explained me various plans. I again paid 2,500 to him. Refer attachment “Airtel Receipt Dtd. 27.09.2025 for 2K5”. The router was installed. Some issues were settled by Vishal. For Apple TV he has taken much efforts. As said earlier, my NETFLIX monthly expired, that also he has settled.
I requested him to settle my refunds of 275 & 2,500 and sent all docs. to him. I twice visited gallery, but he was not available. Y`day I came to know that he has been transferred to Kalyan branch. This E-mail ID was sent by him.
Refund my both Deposits 275.00 [You can deduct for 1 or 2 days) & 2,500.00 on most urgent basis.

Due to frequent failure of Wi-Fi signal, I contacted & Mr. Vishal Yadav (Who has executed my order in Thane & now at Kalyan) gave me complaint no. 9560046000.

Called Select (1) for English, Press (1) Portability …. (2) New Service Online KYC (3) Existing connection (4) Loss of sim …. (5) for Airtel Payment Bank services

(3) Press (1) to confirm, Enter RMO or Airtel Landline No. or Wi-Fi ID,

When I enter 9422523813 app reads it press (1) to confirm “Oh Oh” you have entered wrong number?

I don`t have Landline No.

My Airtel Wi-Fi Modem 02227033482_wifi. When I enter 02227033482 (As _wifi can`t be entered) app reads it press (1) to confirm “Oh Oh” you have entered wrong number?

This is really irritating.

Till today my previous complaints are not settled.

Forget exhausted, you have stopped my package for 279.00 on 2nd day, without any information to me. Who does auto-renewal for discontinued package? Refund my Deposits 279.00 [You can deduct for 1 or 2 days].

Foy your kind & serious information, your Auto-Renewal in Thanks App does not work.

Your Reply “Currently, as per your Airtel plan, Xstream Premium and Zee5 subscriptions are already active on your account. Please stream content through the Xstream Play app only.”

Why you are giving information to me which is known to me? Don`t waste my time by diverting subject.

Refund my cancelled order deposit of Rs. 2,500.00 immediately.

Add Subheadings of Profile with “Watchlist” in TV menu, like in your web Home page.

Give me proper number for immediate contact in case of failure of Wi-Fi signal.

Add “Search” menu in each OTT.

Improve your present “Search” in Xstream home page on Web.

Avoid such half replies.

amount was debited after 21/10/2025 and the subscription was not activated, please share a screenshot of the payment debit.

If the issue persists, please share a screen recording of the error from the beginning so we can understand the concern better.

One more complaint:
There were around 30 Movies which were available only on “Airtel Xstream Play”, hence opted for it. I refer only YouTube on my Laptop for OTT recommendations & add them to my Watchlist in Xstream. In my Laptop, I have Profile Heading, refer attachment “Subheadings of Profile with Watchlist” but not in TV. Please solve this issue as Vishal couldn`t do it.
Don`t bother your customer to write down name of movie from YouTube & search in Xstream in TV.
Surprisingly some movies do not appear in Xstream search result in Laptop, then I search them on Web, click link of Web search result including name of Xstream & then it opens in Xstream which is added in Watchlist by me.

I am able to make Watchlist, say in “Sony Liv”, as I am having individual valid subscription of it. The OTTs in your home page don`t have search option. What will happen when my own subscription expires? For NETFLIX & PRIME they are out of list, so I can search.

I can guess about bulk subscriptions (Like bulk License of Windows by Dell) taken by you from OTTs, that is why I am getting at much lower cost, but basic menu has to be there.

Due to frequent failure of Wi-Fi signal, I contacted & Mr. Vishal Yadav (Who has executed my order in Thane & now at Kalyan) gave me complaint no. 9560046000.

Called Select (1) for English, Press (1) Portability …. (2) New Service Online KYC (3) Existing connection (4) Loss of sim …. (5) for Airtel Payment Bank services

(3) Press (1) to confirm, Enter RMO or Airtel Landline No. or Wi-Fi ID,

When I enter 9422523813 app reads it press (1) to confirm “Oh Oh” you have entered wrong number?

I don`t have Landline No.

My Airtel Wi-Fi Modem 02227033482_wifi. When I enter 02227033482 (As _wifi can`t be entered) app reads it press (1) to confirm “Oh Oh” you have entered wrong number?

This is really irritating.

Till today my previous complaints are not settled.

Forget exhausted, you have stopped my package for 279.00 on 2nd day, without any information to me. Who does auto-renewal for discontinued package? Refund my Deposits 279.00 [You can deduct for 1 or 2 days].

Why you are giving information to me which is known to me? Don`t waste my time by diverting subject.

Add Subheadings of Profile with “Watchlist” in TV menu, like in your web Home page.

Give me proper number for immediate contact in case of failure of Wi-Fi signal.

Add “Search” menu in each OTT.

Improve your present “Search” in Xstream home page on Web.

Avoid such half replies.
