- Airtel had given an incentive to switch to Xtream fibrenet for our broadband in October – a free Xstream set top box for our TV with a refundable deposit of Rs 1500. Paid it on 26th Oct. But changed our mind about installing it as we would have lost out on our yearly subscription. Requests for a refund of our money are unsuccessful for a month now. Pointless assurances of – our team is working on it/will be resolved in 72 hours etc – each time we send a reminder. We want a refund at the earliest and our money back.
