I have taken jio fiber connection almost 6 months back .. I was told that if not satisfied by speed and benefits,it will be cancelled and refunded.. Jio team have taken back device also but payment not yet refunded for months..Every time i send mail to their customer care i get only reply that it has been escalated to higher official. Its been more than a month now but no call from Jio team nor refund.
