Hi Team,
Myself Mohammed Sirajuddin Ahmed holding the RBL Credit card ending with 3857 and complaint number 15966635
My last bill dated amount is Rs 7177/- to be paid on 01/02/2020, unfortunately I paid 72000/- instead of 7200/-.
Immediately I called customer care and told me to wait 24 hours till my payment is credited in account.
Meanwhile, I made a transaction 5300/- and 3500/-.
I approached the customer care and they said they will refund amount 54612/- post deduction of recent transactions and told me to share my account details.
I give my account details as follows on 02nd Feb 2020.
Account Number: 05451610340225.
Account holder name: Mohammed Sirajuddin Ahmed.
IFSC Code: HDFC0000545.
But the credit team processed the NEFT to wrong account 04451610225 without doing the minimal validation with account holder name.
I called the customer care and team told me that they process it once again to the correct account number.
Since last Monday i.e. 10th Feb 2020, they are keep on telling that NEFT is in process, till now amount is not credited into my saving account.
I have send so many mails, none of the mail I have received response.
Could you please take immediate action and help me to process my request and refund my credit amount instantly.
