I had deposited Rs10,000 (using debit card) in my phonepe Account wallet on 2/2/2020. After that i came to know that the withdrawal option of wallet was not available so i had to close the account on that same day itself. They told me that the amount will be credited back to source (debit card) within 7 to 9 days. So i waited till 11/2/2020 but there was no response from their side. I raised my issue through customer care support. They told me that there was some technical issue so i have to wait more and assure me that i will get the refund by 25/2/2020.Till now there is no response and i didnot receive the refund. Its very difficult to reach them through customer care and also its a difficult situation for me in this lockdown.
Please do the needful at the earliest.
