As I cancelled my air ticket no. 0982135755164 from Bangalore to Kolkata of Rs. 3642/- through Air India customer care center after his assurance of full refund only while Air India paid me a partial payment of Rs. 777/- only. Please intervene the matter as air India was offering full refund in the month of Jun 21 and My ticket cancelled on 21Jun 21.
