I have booked 2 flights tickets from Delhi to Patna and Patna to Delhi travel date 08 May 2022 & 15 May 2022 with 7 passengers each through Travolook site. Due to some exigency, I had to cancel 3 passengers name from each ticket from Indigo site itself but Indigo refunded the total amount of 9000/- to travolook as the tickets was booked by travolook. It’s been more than 3 months, i am calling them again and again for refund but they are just giving hollow assurances that it will come soon 3 Daya but it is not happening m what do to in this case?
