I had placed an order from Amazon on 12th Jul’21 for which the order no. is 407-9382397-5078766. However, I had cancelled the order before it arrived (Tracking Id: 264726103838). I had already made the payment (Rs. 870 INR) for the product.
Now, there is no update on the refund of my payment made for the product. I wrote an email to cs-reply@amazon.in also but there is no response to my email.
You may check my records, I am a fairly regular customer with Amazon and this experience has been extremely disappointing.
