I had booked a ticket through BookOtrip as a guest (without creating an account).
The ticket was canceled by Indigo Airlines and the amount Rs. 13785/- was
refunded to BookOtrip.com on 10th Aug ’21. Indigo customer support mentioned
that the amount will be refunded to me by BookOtrip. However, 4 days have
passed and I have not received the amount. I have added the screenshot of the
refund status from Indigo which mentioned that they have refunded the amount to
BookOtrip.com. I have tried calling their 24*7 customer care number 0484 351 3001 for the last 4 days, but it said that they cannot accept calls right now. I have also tried calling their other number 888 2138 138, but it said that the number is switched off. I have sent an email to them enquiring about the refund status. I received a response that they will get back to me, but I haven’t received any response there after.
