I Had booked a ticket through VIA.com and the flight was cancelled due to Lockdown and as per the Indigo the amount is refunded to VIA on 28th September 2020. But still the refund is not credited in my bank account by VIA. There is no response on call and care@via.com email also. Kindly file a complaint and get the money back to me as soon as possible.
