Sir/Mam,
I had booked flight from Delhi to jammu for 28 Mar 2020. But due to lockdown flight was cancelled.
After repeated mails to spice jet On 22 Apr 2021 I got confirmation mail from spice jet customer care that my money will be refunded within 21 days. But refund is not processed and now they are not replying to my mails also. Screenshot of Confirmation mail from spice jet is attached. Please look into the matter. I will be really thankful to you.
