Dear Team,
I have cancelled my Air tickets from Air India due to pandemic issue dates were 23rd April from Mumbai to Bali and return on 30th April from Bali to India. As per the communication from Air India the refund for these tickets were done on 28th of July but till date we haven’t received any refund from Via.com
