I booked a flight for delhi from Kolkata but due to some problem travolook couldn’t confirm it and mailed me that my money will be refunded with in 7-15 days but the same never been refunded even I mailed them several time and also called there reply is always same money will be refunded within 7 to 15 days.Snap of mail is attached pls.
