I booked Go air flight departure on 17th June 2020 through MakeMyTrip from Mumbai to Varanasi for my mother’s funeral.
PNR number is HBPBXA. Flight got cancelled for an unknown reason and as per go air rule, if the flight is cancelled during COVID-19 from there side, they will initiate a full refund. While enquired with Goair, they confirmed they have refunded to Makemytrip on 12th Feb 2020.
Makemytrip(MMT) have added those amount as a credit voucher. As I am not frequent traveller, the voucher is of no use. As I said before also we were travelling in an emergency situation. Also, MMT has there own rules that if I have rebooked again with a voucher, then I have to book Go air flight only (Go air is having pathetic service). And also number of passengers should be the same. Are you kidding me MMT? We are 3 member family if I have to rebook travel than I have to include one more member in my trip.
So, I am requesting MMT to refund my amount or give me the option of rebooking anything (hotels, holidays, any flight) and with any number of passengers.
