We have booked international ticket from Detroit to Hyderabad which is to be scheduled on June 5th.It was automatically cancelled. We requested for refund of money. We sent an email to them regarding refund.. They give the same reason we will update you .
And the customer support are worst people don’t know to answer properly. They cut the phone without answering.please don’t book tickets through via.com.
