Booked return trips with MyTrip from FRA to CCU in April 2020 via Air India for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids). Flights were canceled due to global COVID restrictions, but till today 12/09, I haven’t received the refund.
Air India had confirmed that refunds had been processed on 19/04/2022. Nearly 5 months gone, MyTrip has not yet done the refund, although they confirmed that they have received the refund from Air India and they see it in their system! And the delay is due to their refund department to whom escalations after escalations have been triggered (5 times till today)!!!
