Text of Complaint by Divanshu:

I was a airtel broadband customer from starting days of February, I paid 300 thousands for 6 months but when in May I shifted into another flat there was no feasibility of Airtel and 3 months service my pending to use. And then I customer care support and the facilitator all contact me said, do file a refund request and within 7 days your router will be picked up and then within 45 days you’ll get your refund. And the service officer came to pickup the router and he gave me the receipt but no refund is given to me till now it’s more 45 days. And I contact them everywhere email, customer care, facilitator everywhere there is no response of my request.

I’m a student and I want my money back, they promised me to deliver my amount but now they’re ignoring me.
