I had booked my flight through paytym. My money has been deducted but my flight had not been booked, infact they cancelled out my flight booking. I have been paid 8652/-, after doing so many calls whole day and night and messages they just refund me 4325/- still my half money 4326.5/- is pending with them. Whenever i called them, neither they provide me transaction id nor anyother solution. Sometimes customercare says your money refund has been initiated and our bank take 14days working days as per RBI guidelines, wait for 14days but still they donot provide RR no.,somebody asked them that which bank do they dealing who take 14 working days to refund in which they excludes all saturdays and always quote the name of RBI guidelines, Now after 14 days has gone, they are saying that your money has been stuck in our bank.
Dear all, they are majorily doing fraud with customers. I have all recordings and emails which they communicate with me saying all the above words. They just keep harassing their customers by keeping them hold on phone via customer cares and not giving back their money.
