Hello Sir/Madam,
I had done my booking in Month of April-23 for vacation in May-23 with SOTC. SOTC had also done AirFirght booking as part of the package. But SOTC cancelled the booking due to GoFirst flight cancellation issue. SOTC gave to credit note for its part of the package and informed that it has filled with GoFirst for refund. All this communication is on emails so I do have written proofs but I am not sure whether I should continue to trust and wait till I get the refund or any another route to get my refund.
Can you please give your expert advice on this issue that I am facing.
