I booked a flat in bangalore near my office from stanza living’s app and paid ₹1500 for it, it was mentioned that the amount is completely refundable but later they said that the rooms are not available and asked me to raise a refund online but I didn’t get any options for refund and even after calling them multiple times, they didn’t responded. No emails are active.
