Hi Team, I had booked a flat at Godrej Ascend Kolshet Road in Panaroma tower on last week of Sept 2022. While booking had signed booking form and paid 5Lacs Rs. Due to some financial constraints i got to know that I will not be able to raise self fund and WITHIN 7 Calendar Days I had put request for Cancellation of same booking. I had sent email, called multiple times to inform this to Sales representatives at Godrej Ascend Kolshet Road.
Sales Representative is saying that my booking amount is forfeited, but as per RERA guidelines if booking cancellation is done within 15 days its refundable fully. Godrej Property is not listening to this and seems like NOT Abiding to MAHARera guidelines of booking cancellation requests. Need help on this matter asap to get my hard earned money back from this GodrejProperties Sales Team!
