Due to change of Flight schedule I cancelled my ticket and I was informed by Spice jet that they will refund my full amount to Ticket Booking company i.e. Travolook.in and they will refund your amount.
When I contacted to the company they told me that I would get my money within 10-15 working days but till now I didn’t received my amount. I contacted they many time through Emails & Calls but every time they are saying that I would get my amount within 7-10 working days. Lots of 7-10 working days already passed but I didn’t received my amount.
I request you to please look into matter and resole my issue.
Kindly do the needful.
