Dear Team,
I’d booked round way trip of Air India via paytym.
Since due to current covid-19 pendamic, all the flights were cancelled. I’m continuisouly in touch with paytym to refund my money which is clearly in their refund rules to provide full refund for the tickets booked between 15th March-31st July.
Certainly after so many contacts they reply one with the subject to choose option between rebooking or cancel and never complete even after asking to cancel the tickets.
Contacting to the agents is useless as they create multiple tickets and close without resolving them.
I understand that this pendamic has raised dynamic situations but as a consumer out time is also precious and our request should be treated well.
