Today I had booked a ticket from Travolook.in from Pune to Raipur through their booking reference number REF477125785 for that I paid an amount of Rs. 4943 after booking immediately I get a call back from Travolook that your ticket has been cancelled “Due to operational reason” and refund will be processed in 7-10 Working days then I googled about the company and the result was shocked to me that I found on searching online that thousands of others have been duped by this service. I would request you to please look into the matter to get my money back. Thanks in advance.
