I pain two times my credit card bill amount on 2nd August 2022. I called rbl bank customer care about this issue on same day. I called many times customer care about my request. No one respond properly and also customer care person ur balance is transferred, c check with your bank. I checked my bank account, the amount is not credited. I asked transaction Id for this transaction. Customer care person didn’t provide transportation Id to me
