I have get Big Bazaar Profit Club Card No. 92212544693724 Rs.10000/- in Kothrud , Pune big bazaar mall in 26/1/2022, mall closed on Feb-2022 . My Big Bazaar Profit Club Card No. 92212544693724 Rs.1000/- used in Jan-22 remaining amount not refunded till date by Big Bazaar. I have mailed on 2/5/2022 with required documents to care@bigbazaar.com. please help me to refund my amount.
