For Big Bazaar profit club card refund of balance amount, mail is repeatedly sent to the customer care but is not getting delivered as the mail box of Big Bazaar is full. Also none of the customer care numbers are working.

I bought my Big Bazaar Profit Club membership card in the Month of Feb’22 and from Mar’22 all big Bazar outlets started closing. Reliance smart point has replaced Big Bazaar, but this card is not working there. In April I had talked to Big Bazaar customer care. The customer care executive told the money will be refunded to the source account, but I have not yet received my money back. Big Bazaar has done fraud with us. I want my hard-earned money back.
