On 16th December 2021 I had booked flight ticket from Pune to Goa for which payment of Rs. 3153 was paid and I received a message of payment successful, and after 1 hour I got a call from travolook saying your ticket has been canceled and asking for more money, when I refused to pay extra money I was told that the payment will be refunded within 7 to 8 working days. After 15 days when I call on the given no on ticket I was told you will get the refund in next 4 days, this is my 6th time calling and there answer is the same.
So my request is to take my the refund as soon as possible
