On 1st October my daughter opened an account in Airtel wallet (5471 1510 6315 8307) and transferred an amount ofRs. 399/ for availing the data pack offer against id # 181001259121. Unfortunately the transaction was failed and she recharged the same pack from other source.The purpose of wallet seized here. I asked the customer care about the proceedings to get back the amount. I was informed the amount would be refunded in 7 working days. I checked today in my bank but not yet refunded. Hence this petition. Please expedite this issue.
