Myself Sanjeev Kokkula, booked an apartment in godrej Ascend 3 bhk in July 2023.due to sudden desmise and over medical expenses I have requested for cancelling my apartment in September 2023, I paid amount of approx 19 lacs towards the flat booking.
After regular follow up with CRM n sales person, no one is responding and they are saying it will. Be forfeited.
As per Rera Act, nothing will be forfeited, but godrej is looting customers and de selling its brand value through such acts.
My personal opinion don’t purchase in Godrej Properties, they are insane and dont understand the customers feeling.
