Sir/ Madam,
I have been forced to take their course and paid an amount of Rs. 60000 for 1:1 classes.
After some classes, my child is not interested to take classes as he is feeling pressure to attend as he has no time to attend. After coming from school, he has to complete his Homework and has to attend the classes daily. He is just 7 years old and he has no time to relax after coming from school and he fell sick due to this hectic pressure on him.
I approached them over mails since 2 months and informed the same. But, they are not responding properly. They have removed my child from the teacher portal and not responding since 1 month, they are not providing any classes ot not refunding the money. They don’t have any customer care number to contact.
You are hereby requested to take action and help to get the money back please.
