I have a flight for two person on 22nd Feb 2019 from Delhi to Cochin. Amount of booking was Rs. 8500/- . Flight time was 5.10 AM and I have reached airport approximate 2.45 AM to 3.00 AM. When I tried to get inquiry on air india desk that time person available on desk said that go to another desk and second person said that go to another desk no one tell proper information due to this I missed my flight and on the same day I booked another flight of Vistara for cochin and pay approx 20k for new ticket. There was a loss of amount of my first booking. When I reached Cochin airport then I go to air india desk and take a proof and proof clearly mentioned that I am not travelling that date on air india. One passenger who travelling on the same day with us mark a mail to air india so many times but there is no response receive. Kindly help in this. I want my money back.
