I have booked a flight ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on 20/10/2021 at www.travolook.in Booking Reference no REF543521071. I have selected the flight and stared the booking process and i have done the payment through my UPI. and the amount got debited but i did not received any confirmation of the booking, After an hour or half I got a call from the customer care of travolook that the ticket got cancelled due to some technical reason and the amount we will refunded in 7 working days. Its been 15 days I have not received my refund from the company and their just making some other excuse but not refunding the amount. I have send emails regarding the refund to there support team but there is no single reply for the mail. Kindly please take some action against this company because i am not only the person who is facing this issue there are many like this who have not received there refunds and its a regular practice of the company its seems like fraud one.
