Sir/mam I have booked a ticket from Lucknow to kolkata on 18 March 2021. My reference no is 848408543 during booking my Rs 3899 has been deducted from my account but ticket was not confirmed that day, due to sold out ticket your executive told me that day your amount will be received within 15 day now’ I have already completed 3 months.but amount not received yet. I have a already given the complain and Mail thrice my complain no is 5459290 , why it’s situation happen kindly do the needful.thanking
