Hello.
I booked an Airline ticket from Flipkart to go from New Delhi to Lilabari (Assam) on 25 May for 2 june 2020. But due to some medical reason i had to cancel my ticket. After cancellation i tried to call them for refund amount, there was no response from them. Then, I tweeted them officially, they responded by saying that they will update in 24 hours. It’s been more than 10 days I haven’t got any information regarding the same. Moreover the flight has also left from Delhi. Now when i try to contact them they give the same response. Kindly look into the matter. I am in urgent need of money for medical purpose. I will provide all required documents.
