I have purchased jio fibre connection but stopped it same day and returned all the device as it is on 11 may 2023. They told to refund my payment within 14 working day but till now not received any refund.
I have mailed them with all the details 7 or 8 times. I am waiting for my refund from last 10 months. I have mailed my details several times, talked to customer care many times, visited your fibre office 4-5 times but no use. Everytime they say they will refund the amount in 14 working days.
