Request to raise a complain again Spicejet airline.
This is related to my flight with PNR no O8NJ8F. I had earlier booked a flight from DXB to IXE for 22nd aug 2022 but later changed the date to 21st Aug 2022 as there was some difference amount in excess the sales team informed me that 107 AED that is 2327 rupees will be in my PNR which can be withdrawn or used next time.But as later in december Spicejet shut operations to Mangalore from Dubai so decided to withdraw the amount and raised a request but the same is not received my me. On inquiry company says its allready cleared but when asking for a proof as i have not received the same they are not providing and just asking time to provide details.
