Tried to Book tickets from BOM to BLR and return . Amount got deducted form my Credit Card account for Both To and Fro , but ticket were not confirmed.
I am following it form last 35 days .
Since from last 6 days , customer service is telling me that , It will be credited to your Travollok wallet in 24 to 48 hrs. , but later on when checked it is not credited in my wallet.
Can anyone really help us to get back our Hard earned Money.
