I have made an order 408-3462242-7367565 on 29 July 2020, which was planned to delivered on 10th August. The order didn’t came. I waited for couple of days but still not delivered. Then i started calling customer care & series of replies listed below;
Call 1: i have been informed that shipment is stuck & will be cleared in 2-3 business days
Call 2: No updates in 7 days. i have given an option to cancel the order but its not happening from the mobile App so the customer care executive confirmed that they have cancelled the order & the refund will be processed in 2-3 business days
Call 3: No change in status. Executives talks nicely & dodges the issue to another 2-3 days
Call 4, Call 5, Call 6: Same responses.
Call 7 (4th Sep): Bizzare !!! I have been told since since the shipment has lost in between not returned to seller, the refund is stuck. ” What is Customer’s fault in this”. Then there is a ticket raised (https://tt.amazon.com/0517214999) which will track my refund status. There is an email also sent to me (seems a sham)
Call 8 (12 Sep): Nothing happened till 12 Sep (42 days from order). i have been told that there is no such action happening on the ticket (as completely expected). Even i have been directed to a supervisor (not sure) & he talked to me as if the matter is new & my follow up of last 30 days has no importance.
My question is still unanswered “When will I get my refund”
