Text of Complaint by D V Ganesh Manjunadh:

As we have trust in you, we have taken 3 months subscription on Airtel X Stream. But as the connection is worst and has not worked properly, and I even called 6 times a day at that time. So that I have cancelled that 2 months ago. Your team has said me that it will be refunded in 45 days as a cheque. Till now I did not get any response and refund. I tried to call the customer care executives but there is no response. It’s about 3000 Rupees worth. What is this? I don’t understand what is your responsibility. It is ridiculous. I am warning you for the last time. If I don’t get any response/refund it will be a very serious issue. Hereby I am attaching my details of the Airtel X-Stream. Please refund my money immediately.

but they are saying
