Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i made a payment of Rs. 1,768/- on 13/09/2020 to buy new connection of Airtel Fiber (Application no. 01292089700). But after 3-4 days regularly calling to executive (Mr. Deepak Kalra) who wasn’t even picking up my call who visited us to collect my documents said the there is connection problem in your area and so broadband can’t be installed and your amount will be refunded within 7-10 days. I received a message from Airtel on 21/09/2020 that your refund has been initiated. But till now i haven’t got my refund amount. Kindly do the needful.
I am a regular customer of Airtel for a long time now and i do not expect this kind of behaviour from your side.

Hi Sir/Mam,
I was said by Mr. Anil from Sarjapur Office (Bangalore) to pay advance amount of Rs. 3000 to get airtel broadband connection and I paid the same on Jan 14th, Until today no one has come to fix the broadband connection and there is no refund initiated as well. He stopped picking my calls and airtel Customer care says there is no amount pending from their end to refund. Kindly help here
I paid 3000 and it is a huge amount for me to get scammed. Please refund my amount (Req no. 080…..931)
