Dear sir/madam,
I booked my ticket jodhpur to goa ticket no. 0983758805717 date 23 june 2020 via goibibo. Due to covid 19 ticket was cancelled by airindia. according to the government guideline, a full refund must be paid for the customer but I didn’t get a full refund for the same ticket. Firstly sand my full amount of this ticket. I want in written that you paid full amount to goibibo . please sand me refund details that done by you to goibibo . if you didn’t full refund then firstly complete my full refund. I am very disappointed with your service. its a too long time i am having trouble for this ticket. i am doing attach my ticket. my contact no. 9214801356.
