Dear Sir,
I had made a ticket through travolook website from Patna to New Delhi for May 17, 2021 but it got automatically cancelled from travolook stating that the ticket has been cancelled due to revision of fares. The amount has been deducted from my account but it never got refunded to my account till date and the reference number for the said transaction is REF874266642. I have been following up with the said matter for the last4 months but do not got any resolution from their side. You are requested to please look into the matter at the earliest.
