I have initiated to book a flight ticket online via Travolook. in from Coimbatore to Delhi on 29.05.2021. However, the moments after initiation I received email from the Travolook that the ticket will be booked in 30 mins and the charges for the same was immediately deducted. Later, after 15 mins I received a cancellation email of booked ticked highlighting the fare expiration. When I tried to reach over the customer care number mentioned it was unavailable to get connected and seems to fraudulent company for online booking.
Kindly help me to recover the deducted amount (Rs.8249) for the booking
