I booked a ticket with TRAVLOOK from delhi to surat Reference no-REF934582078 PNR NO-G4VPQV BUT to again n again go airline where changing their time of fly due to technical reasons I cancelled the the ticket because the time was not sutiable n airline has given full refund to travlook without any cancellation fee but travlook is not paying me full charge as deducted they are charging cancellation charges which is not acceptable .

I booked ticket from Patna to Mumbai on 10Apr(travel date) which was cancelled automatically due to travolook software issue. I get only 25%of booked amount. Till today I m awaiting for rest amount. When I contact travolook customer care, they only passing time by telling the u will get yr full by 10 working days. It is more than two months but full refund is not yet completed.
It looks like a fraud platform to book the flight ticket. My refund ref no. : REF092849680
Suggest others not to use this platform for booking anything might get stuck for refund. Rest depends upon you
