I had booked ticket on 3rd May through REF860814000 through following site https://www.travolook.in. The tickets were from Bangalore to Ahmedabad, my ticket amount of 19672/- got deducted and within 20 minutes I received a message that the ticket has not been booked and cancelled.
Since last 15 days I have been following for the refund, there is no response. This is a fake site, and strict action should be taken against gangster running this site.
