I had booked tickets on 24 May 2021 from srinagar to Leh. I paid Rs 2736 Rupees . But my ticket got cancelled due to operational Error and they promised me to get refund with 15 working days but one month had gone till date I didn’t receive any refund . I have called a number of times and there customer service executive assured me that you will get it in 15 working days instead of this I dropped them mails too for refund but didn’t get my refund . There service is pathetic and they are cheating the general public .
Kindly take a strict action against them .
