I have booked Air ticket for Guwahati to Kolkata on11.03.2021 through Travolook but within five minutes I got a phone call and mailed that the booking is cancelled.Three months passed still Rs.7744/- is not refunded. On phone call,it takes 15 to 20 minutes to receive my call and they replied that within 5 to 7 working days it will be credited but still pending.
